Remya Nambeesan who shot to fame with her mature acting in films like ‘Chappa Kurishu’ and ‘Traffic’ is having plans of proving her mettle in singing. Music Composer Shaan Rehman who scored music for Malayalam movie ‘Malarvady Arts Club’ is all praise for Remya, who sang a song for him in his next forthcoming project which is directed by Vineeth Sreenivasan. As if now the film is titled ‘Thattathin Marayathu’.

The composer Shaan says about Remya, “The song I recorded with Remya is a slow number and she has rendered it amazingly. She comes from a family with a musical background and is an amazing singer, versatile to the core. I’m glad she is part of the project.” Remya’s brother, Rahul Subramanian, has also sung in the film.

Shaan, has composed eight songs for the film and says all the songs are slow numbers that blend well with the situation they are placed in. “Vineeth and I ensured that the songs were never a misfit created just for some choreography effects in the film,” he says about his work.

Singers Sachin Warrier, Arun Alat, Divya S Menon and the director himself are also singing this flick. Thattathin Marayathu will start its shoot on the first week of March.
